Hardware issue on database server 5.2

We experienced a hardware issue on one of our database servers (5.2), which affected all customers who were hosted on that particular server. All other customers were unaffected.

The issue was resolved at approximately 8pm AEST, with no data lost and all timeclock data being processed successfully. If you were one of those affected customers and feel as though there are still some issues with your instance, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team.
